Dispatch within 1-2 working days.

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt of goods for an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Please kindly note that returns can take up to 10 working days to process once received.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items
An exchange is only possible if the item is in stock.
Please contact info@skera.uk for the return address. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer except in case of faulty items.
